OVERVIEW
Add a foam roller to your warm-up and cooldown. REP’s High Density Foam Rollers are made extra firm, so they don’t lose their shape and effectiveness after heavy use. They come in two different lengths: 18” and 36”. The longer roller spans your entire back and is more stable. The shorter option targets smaller areas, like arms and calves, and it’s more portable.
The rollers feature a smooth surface to provide even pressure across their entire length. The foam rollers have a 6” diameter and come in red and black. Foam rolling can be an effective part of physical therapy, massage, and pre- and post-workout, because it can improve mobility and flexibility. Rollers are sold as a single unit. Each length is sold separately.
