Fun fact about me:
My first business was at the age of about 8. I lived on a golf course in Ohio and found golf balls in the woods that bordered a par 5, then set up a stand at the edge of our property and sold them to golfers as they finished the hole. Added lemonade for $0.25/cup too!

What I like best about REP:
Rep has an amazing culture of people passionate about fitness and equally as passionate about helping the company succeed. We have competitive Olympic Weightlifters, Obstacle Course Racers, Marathoners, CrossFitters, Power Lifters, and beyond – all on staff. And they deploy that knowledge and passion every single day in support of our customers!! It’s an amazing combination.

My favorite thing to do when I’m not working:
I am a husband, dad of three, fitness advocate, an avid bowhunter, and lover of all things outdoors. I believe fitness is an
enabler of living a great life, so when I am not working, I am probably at my CrossFit gym training to be the best I can be at all of those things, wrestling with my kids at home, or heading out for some form of mountain adventure!

My favorite exercise/movement:
Pull ups and deadlifts.

My least favorite:
Don’t really have any – they all have some purpose!

Fun fact about me:
My middle name is Stewart. As in, Stewart Little, the mouse. Just spelled differently. But, I’ll still autograph the book for you if you ask me!

I love traveling. Whether it’s to the mountains for the weekend, or getting out of the country, I’m always wanting to see something new.

My favorite exercise/movement:
The snatch or handstand push ups.

My least favorite:

Wall balls. Pretty sure this movement was created to torture us vertically challenged folks.

Fun fact about me:
I might be a fitness and sport fanatic, but I’m also a huge nerd and can probably beat you in Star Wars trivia.

We are nothing without our people, and without our people, we can’t serve our customers – we are all in it together to create a great customer experience. Another magical highlight: daily access to the gym to work out! 

My favorite thing to do when I’m not working:
I’m a wife, mother of two, and a fitness connoisseur. I enjoy being creative when spending time with my family, such as dancing in the living room together, Friday movie and popcorn nights, enjoying the outdoors/sun, hiking the mountains, biking, running from one sport field event to the next, and hitting the gym with a hard HIIT routine.

My favorite exercise/movement:
HIIT, bicep curls, box jumps, Russian twists, push-ups.

My least favorite:
Planks.

Fun fact about me:
On a personal level, I have a twin sister. When we were in elementary school, we would switch classes on the teachers and see how long it would take for them to figure it out! On a fitness level, I have logged my calories over 10 years without missing a day! On a magical level, I love all things unicorn and glitter!

What I like best about REP:
My passion is empowering people to take ownership for their own personal growth. I get to be a coach and a consultant at REP every day to help people create an atmosphere in their home where they can improve their lives thereby improving the lives of others around them.

My favorite thing to do when I’m not working:
It’s tough for me to choose just one thing. I enjoy teaching and learning firearms and combat sports skills. I also love motor sports like autocross, mountain biking, and dirt bike riding. I find I’m most at peace during high stakes activities.

My favorite exercise/movement:
It’s a toss up between Deadlifts and the Turkish Getup.

My least favorite:
Hands down, running is the worst.

Fun Fact about me:
I was diagnosed with a heart condition almost ten years ago and doctors said I would never have a physically active future ahead of me if I wanted to live. I am still here and not a day goes by that I don’t perform some type of intense activity.
