Add more options to your functional trainer or cable machine with the D-handle attachment. These handles are made from high-quality, long-lasting hard materials. Each handle provides subtle grip assistance, but not so much that it will tear up your hands. Weighing between 0.5lbs to 3.4lbs (depending on the style), D-handles are lightweight and easy to store, move, or attach wherever you need them.
The D-handle is incredibly versatile, depending on how you attach it to the cables and use it. Use the handle for D-grip lat pulldowns, as well as cable flies, single-arm rows, and more. D-handles come in a range of diameters, so you can find the right grip and feel for your preferences and needs. Note: These attachments do not come with a carabiner. The D-handles are sold individually or in pairs.

The steel and Pro Series handles are knurled, while the urethane handles are not. The urethane handles can give your palms a break from knurling in your workouts. The D-handles also have different diameters. The urethane handles feature a 34mm diameter; the steel handles are 32mm; and the Pro Series are the thinnest, with a 25mm diameter. The Pro Series handles are made entirely of steel, while the steel and urethane options use straps for a more comfortable feel.
The straps are made with reinforced black nylon.
The knurling on the bright zinc plated steel handles is a hill medium-depth knurl. The knurling on the Pro Series D-handle is a hill passive-depth knurling.
Lat pulldowns, cable flies, rows, presses, internal/external shoulder rotations, and many more!
The handles will attach with a carabiner. Carabiner not included (all REP functional trainers already have carabiners).
The urethane handle features a 9.5” strap. The steel handles have a longer strap, at 10.3”. The Pro Series handle doesn’t have straps.
The D-handles are sold individually or in pairs.
