REP Sandbags open up a new world of exercises with a training tool that is very different than a traditional dumbbell or barbell. The weight shifts in the bag, can be used for explosive exercises, packs a huge amount of value, and can be taken with you anywhere.
This sandbag was tested for several months here in Colorado before being released, and we've improved our sandbag over the years. Several improvements include reinforced stitching, reinforced rivets with extra durable Cordura exterior and a large YKK zipper. This bag is meant to last through some of your toughest workouts and provide a unique type of resistance that will take your training to the next level.

Sand is not included.
The ideal working weight range for sandbags is 70 to 80% of the max capacity. Do not fill filler bags beyond 3/4 full. Doing so will increase the chance of bursting.
No. Sandbags are not designed to be slammed, dragged, or filled directly with sand without filler bags.
