- Wherever possible, REP strives to develop and source fabrics made from recycled materials. (While all of our apparel is not made with sustainable fabrics, it is a major initiative to continue to increase the number of sustainable fabrics we develop and source.)
Sustainable Packaging
- All apparel items use recyclable hangtags made from recycled materials.
- All apparel items are packaged in custom poly-bags made with BDP. BDP is made from recycled materials, is 100% recyclable, and if it ends up in a landfill, the BDP organic ingredient will allow microbes to consume the plastic and leave nothing behind.

Train in style with the REP® Performance Cap. This cap not only looks great, but it's built for performance and comfort – both in and out of the gym. This hat is lighter and sleeker than most hats, so it's ideal to wear while exercising. It is stretch-fitted with a closed back, and the bill is made with structured, hard buckram. It comes in two sizes: S/M or L/XL and was designed in Colorado. The hat itself is made of polyester and spandex so it won’t absorb moisture like a cotton hat.
The REP® Performance Cap features Stain-Block Technology and a three-layer sweatband, which allows it to stay sweat-free no matter how hard you train. Yet it remains sleek and stylish, with a seamless bonding finish. The Performance Cap has various color combos. The cap has a black under-visor, except the black and white option, which has a white under-visor.
