Improve your grip, endurance, and overall strength with REP’s Farmer’s Walk Handles. Easily load these handles with weight plates to customize the load for various strength abilities. The handles are elevated for easy access and are specifically designed for carrying and loading weight. The handles come with collars to lock your weight into place, although other standard collars and spring clips fit, too.
The Farmer’s Walk Handles are finished with a durable and aesthetic matte black powder coat throughout the entire surface. The handles are sold in pairs. Each handle weighs 23lbs and is 63” long, with a loadable sleeve length of 13.8”. They are rated for 450lbs per handle. The handles on this specialty bar have a 32mm (1.3”) diameter, slightly thicker than the Basic Barbell.
