It has shallow knurling to provide extra grip, without tearing up your hands. Weighing around 11.6lbs, the Pro Series Lat Bar is lightweight and easy to store, move, or attach wherever you need it.
The lat bar is 48” long and 26mm in diameter. This attachment is incredibly versatile, depending on how you connect it to the cables and use it. Use the Pro Series 48” Lat Bar to work your arms, back, shoulders, and more (think: lat pulldowns, rows, and tricep pushdowns, to name a few options). The bar does not come with a carabiner.
