Add variation to your training with REP’s hexagonal frame Trap Bar. The shape of this frame allows for the equal distribution of the weight around the body, instead of just in front like a regular deadlift. Dual handles (standard and raised) create further versatility. Medium-depth knurling on the handles provides good grip without tearing up your hands. Handles are 25mm in diameter for a comfortable grip.
The durable frame is coated in chrome, and the sleeves are not ribbed. The bar itself weighs 55lbs and has a static capacity of 500lbs. The Trap Bar reduces stress and tension on the lumbar spine and can improve the efficiency of deadlifts. It’s a great tool to help people learn or improve the mechanics of the deadlift, for people rehabbing from an injury, or for lifters with a limited range of motion.
