For the 4000 Series Leg Roller Attachment, you will only need one, as it is placed in the center of the rack. With it being centered, you can easily use it with a wide range of exercises, such as holding you in position during lat pull-downs. For the 5000 Series Leg Roller Attachment, you will need two (one on each side of the rack) since this attachment isn’t centered like the 4000 series.
The 5000 version is also compatible with the 4000 Series Flip Down Safeties and Spotter Arms since they have 1" pinholes.
The attachment is versatile and can be used for a wide range of exercises, such as back extensions, preacher curls, and single-leg movements like Bulgarian split squats. It can also hold you down during lat pull-downs.
