This leg extension attachment was the perfect compliment to my Nighthawk bench… When you add in the bands, it completely eliminates any dead spots and makes the resistance curve consistent throughout. Love it!

Easy to connect and disconnect from the Nighthawk Bench, and has a great resistance profile which can be modified with bands. I dont feel like there is any point in which my quads and hamstrings aren't under tension.

I am roughly 280 pounds and 6'1. I put this out there to express how awesome this thing is. It is solid, with no wiggle when using it or getting on or off it. I did purchase the wider pad for the bench, which I am super glad I did, as I am not a skinny guy. But this attachment was super easy to put together and is extremely solid. The main thing I want to point out is that the online pictures make it look bigger than it is, which was a concern for my fellow home-gym friends and me. But it is actually very well-sized and replaced my leg curl and leg extension machine, opening up a lot of space for me in my home gym. The picture I have attached helps show that it doesn't take up a ton of space.

Very pleased with this purchase. Before buying it, I used a leg extension/curl rack attachment from another company, and this has been a substantial upgrade in just about every way.
One feature I’ve really appreciated is the versatility. It can be used with weight plates, resistance bands, and REP’s cable attachment.
The leg extension feels great, and unlike my previous setup, the leg curl is actually something I enjoy using and regularly include in my workouts. It’s also much easier to handle and set up than the rack attachment I used previously.
Overall, it’s been a great addition to my home gym.
