Rep's barbells are designed to work with any standard plates featuring 2" diameter center holes.

Yes, but our Axle Bars come with their own pair of specialty locking collars.

How well does the powder coating protect the metal?
The protective matte black powder coat makes the bar highly durable, although metal-to-metal contact with the powder-coated sleeves (such as adding and removing plates) may cause wear to the finish over time.
