With this ISO Grip attachment, you can do variations of cable triceps extensions, hammer curls, and rear delt flyes, just to list a few.
Mountain-style knurling looks like a mountain pattern with tiny peaks cut into the attachment that dig into your skin for the most aggressive grip support. This is the same knurling on the Double Black Diamond™ power bar.
Volcano-style knurling is where the pointy tips of the mountain are cut off, leaving a volcano like shape. This allows for enhanced grip and surface area with out the bite of the tips felt on a mountain. This is the same knurling as the Colorado™ bar.

The Sports Handle is made from high-quality, long-lasting hard chrome, covered in durable yet comfortable neoprene foam, as opposed to the ISO Grip's knurled aluminum. While you can use the Sports Handle for exercises like cable hammer curls, it is primarily designed to train athletic swinging exercises, such as baseball, golf, and tennis.
