Updated, Built-In Leg Roller
Leg rollers on the AB-3000 2.0 can be moved farther back for better clearance and farther forward than the original design for more comfort in decline. They can also be locked into any of the six positions while doing decline sit-ups and incline bench. -
Improved Stability
Updated front and rear bases with rubber covers provide more grip to the floor and keep your flooring protected. The rear base is also wider to enhance side-to-side stability. -
Versatile
Along with added leg roller positions, the AB-3000 2.0 now has eight back pad positions, which are now common degree angles most people prefer and are proven to provide a more effective workout. It also features laser-cut numbering along the ladder to easily show what angle you’re setting your back pad at. -
Updated Pads
Our new CleanGrip™ pads are denser to ensure durability and have more grip than our previous version. They are also easier to clean – the smaller perforations trap less dirt and debris. We also provided an updated, squared-off back pad to increase the surface area for increased back support. -
Updated Handle
The horizontal handle on the updated leg attachment stays out of the way when you’re lifting and makes the bench easier to move around your gym. -

The AB-3000 2.0 is a high-quality option for people who want a rock-solid, FID bench. The built-in leg rollers and adjustable pin allow the lifter to be comfortable and secure during decline movements. Eight back and five seat positions provide numerous setting options. The AB-3000 2.0 has five color options, as well. The rear foot also allows REP® Ares™ attachment 2.0 users to position the bench deeper into the rack. This enables a better incline and flat bench press experience.
- The AB-3000 did not have any rubber covers on the front or back bases. The AB-3000 2.0 has rubber covers on the bases to better protect and grip the floor.
- The AB-3000 2.0 now has the back pad adjustment numbers laser-cut into the ladder to easily set the position to the angle you are wanting.
- The AB-3000 had a standard vertical handle. The AB-3000 2.0 has a horizontal bar on the updated leg attachment, which stays out of your way while lifting and makes it easier to move around your gym.
The AB-3000 back pad had seven back pad adjustment positions, and the AB-3000 2.0 has eight back pad adjustment positions. Many of the angles are different. The incline positions went from being 20, 35, 50, and 65 degrees to 15, 30, 45, 60, and 70 degrees. The top incline position remains 85, and the decline angle remains -12. The new back pad angles and updated material provide more user-friendly positioning.
The AB-3000 leg roller did not have an option to lock into a set position. The AB-3000 2.0 leg roller has six different settings that you can lock in using the included pins. The leg roller also now extends out farther to be more comfortable for lifters with bigger calves or who prefer that position.
