Upgradeable Weight Stack
The 200lbs weight stack operates at a 1:1 ratio which means that 10lbs feels like 10lbs. The stack can be upgraded to 300lbs. -
Attachments
A matte black powder coated lat pulldown bar and straight low row bar are included. You can also use a wide variety of our other cable attachments. -
Conversion Kit
If you already own the Plate Loaded Lat Pulldown and Low Row, you can purchase the conversion kit to upgrade without having to repurchase a full unit. -

On selectorized equipment, you change the weight using a pin and weight stack, rather than adding plates (like a plate-loaded attachment).
Yes. There is a conversion kit that provides the necessary components to turn your 4000 or 5000 Series plate-loaded attachment into the selectorized attachment.
The Conversion Kit includes the weight stack, shroud, headplate, sticker pack, base components and hardware necessary to take your plate loaded system to the selectorized system. NOTE: This does not include the newly designed top member.
The 93” verion has approximately 60” of travel length and the 80” version has approximately 48” of travel length.

Yes. The Rear Base Stabilizer is required to mount the base of the attachment to the rack.
Yes. If you order an 80” rack, the 93” Selectorized Lat and Low Row Attachment will not be compatible. Vice versa, if you order a 93” rack, the 80” attachment will not be compatible.
We cannot guarantee compatibility due to machining/manufacturing differences between companies.
Yes, you will just need to purchase the Lat and Low Row Spacers as well. Other requirements for compatibility are the newly designed top member, a Logo Plate Crossmember, and a Rear Base Stabilizer.

This was one of the best decisions I’ve made! I couldn’t be happier! It has all the equipment I need from a gym but at the convenience of my home! I highly recommend going all out and getting the lay pull down.

The lay pulldown arrived well packaged and with minimal trauma from shipping. The weight plates that came 4 to a box were all pristine, while the ones shipped individually had some (minor) chipping around the corners from transit.
Assembly was straightforward and took about two hours, only point of caution is not to over tighten the bolts that hold the guide rods to the top/bottom of the rack, I snapped a bolt off and had to get creative to back it out.
The cable attachments that came with it are underwhelming in every way, and while it’s nice to be able to use right away, I wish there was an option to upgrade over the basic pulldown bar and straight bar with the initial purchase.
The low row pulley is very low, there are modifications out there on Etsy to improve the height/angle, but it would be nice if that were incorporated out of the box.
All in all, a fantastic bit of kit, smooth pulleys and quality feeling when in use, but there still room for a few tweaks. I still give it 4.5 stars but round up because for the price and footprint, I’m thrilled with it!

Super happy with the Lat/row attachment for my PR5000 rack! Very smooth and perfect alignment for lat pull downs when using the foam roller attachments for my knees

Overall it's great, smooth pulleys, very versatile, and 1:1 ratio means the weight gets heavy fast. The only problem I had during my entire rack setup was one of the holes for the weight stack shroud didn't line up so I couldn't install it. Still looks fine without it but with the shroud the setup has a more premium look with it obviously, not a huge deal but I would've liked to have it on. I was however impressed with the two attachments that came with it, they're nice and thick, not cheap feeling. One suggestion for REP would be to make an optional wider foot plate for the low row.
