Gear that goes both ways and more
Unless you're, like, The Rock rich, you probably have limited floor space for your home gym gear. The more versatile a piece of equipment is, the better, so if something can do more than one job (or even five or six), it's worth a look.
These are the REP products that will give you the most training options for the room they take up.
The Power Rack and Everything That Bolts Onto It

With the PR-5000 you'll be able to do basically anything you can think of, including squats, presses, rack pulls, and pull-ups. It's built from 3x3" 11-gauge steel with a 1,000 lb rackable capacity, but what really makes it versatile is everything that you can bolt onto it afterward. You can add:
- dip bars
- landmine bars
- iso arms
- leg rollers
- weight storage
- a smith's machine
- the Ares 2.0 cable system
…all of which match to the same uprights. REP's engineering team releases new rack attachments every year as well so you can always add something new. By buying the PR-5000 you're buying a frame that you can keep adding to for years and years to come.

The REP ARES™ 2.0 Cable Attachment

The REP ARES™ 2.0 can be slapped onto your PR-5000 and used for lat pull-downs, seated rows, or as a stand-alone functional trainer with a single attachment you can put inside your rack. If you can't fit an entire rack into your space, you can go for the wall-mounted version, which doubles as a half rack for even more versatility.
It has dual 260 lb. stacks (310 lbs. if you upgrade) and runs independently for single-arm presses, rows, and chops or links them together if you want to pull a heavier load. The pulleys swivel at the front trolleys so you can get all kinds of nifty angles that you just can't get with a fixed cable machine.

QuickDraw™ Adjustable Dumbbells

A single pair of QuickDraws™ will give you 5 to 60 lbs. of weight and replace 12 pairs of fixed dumbbells, which means you've saved yourself a rack or a shelf and a pretty big pile of cash. Weight changes are super simple and quick by just switching a flip and then you can flip several at once to jump 10 lbs. between sets if you need to.
Microplates on the dumbbells give you 2.5 lb. increments you can use for increasing your presses and lateral raises, where adding 5 lbs. is a bit too difficult. We drop-tested these bad boys at different angles and heights that we really shouldn't drop dumbbells from just to see if we could and they also carry a lifetime warranty. You don't have to worry about durability here.

The Adjustable Kettlebell

If you're trying to do snatches and goblet squats and shoulder presses with kettlebells then you end up with a pretty big stack of them. An adjustable kettlebell or two solves that problem with five different weight settings per bell across three sizes, covering 8-16 kg, 16-24 kg, or 20-40 lbs.
All you have to do is push down and twist to change the weight. You'll still get the same pattern-coded competition shape to keep your grip the same, along with a rubber base to protect your floor. Now you can do swings, cleans, snatches, presses, goblets, squats, and Turkish get-ups all out of the same bell.

The BlackWing™ Adjustable Bench

Find every angle you'll ever need with the BlackWing™ adjustable bench. It has twelve back pad angles and six seat angles for a whopping 72 combinations. You'll be able to bust out any flat, incline, and decline press, row, or curl variation you could ever dream of. It also takes up to 1,000 lbs of weight and has none of the annoying gaps of some other benches.
You can store it vertically in only 3.1 square feet and it's shaped so Ares users can slide the bench deeper into the rack. It also has a built-in receiving post that takes a leg roller for Nordic curls and decline movements, or a leg extension and leg curl attachment. So, yeah, it's like a leg machine that folds up against the wall. Versatility to a T.

The Open Trap Bar

Trap bars are so underrated, and the Open Trap Bar is perfect for banging out even more variations of deadlifts, lunges, carries, rows, presses, and split squats because you won't have a bar in your way. You also don't have to bother stepping in and out of a closed frame to set up over and over again. Walking lunges, here we come.
We're smart here at REP, so you'll get two handle heights three inches apart to let you pull from a standard position or a more upright one, or just have options for your shrugs and loaded carries. You can also choose from 28mm handless (more like a barbell) or the 28/38mm hybrid if you want to work on your grip. The rackable version has long enough sleeves to let you bench press or do rack pulls, plus you can store it on your J-cups. There's even an integrated deadlift jack for plate swaps. See, S-M-A-R-T.

The Landmine Attachment

What do you get when you add a landmine to a barbell? An explosive number of new exercises (for roughly the price of a nice dinner). You'll be able to bust out presses, rows, RDLs, rotations, hack squats, and single-leg moves using an arc pattern that's a bit kinder to your shoulders and lower back than a straight bar path. The REP® x Kleva Built® Adroit Landmine gets the nod for freedom of movement, and there's a rack-mounted version that lets you store it easily to save space.
We made the case for this one in our underrated home gym equipment roundup too, because everyone needs to know how awesome landmines are.

The Strata™ Weight Vest

You might not realize it at first glance, but a weight vest is hella versatile. Strapping one on immediately loads every bodyweight move you already do so you can easily progress. Push-ups, pull-ups, dips, squats, lunges, stair climbs, hikes, and plain old walks all get harder without adding a single piece of equipment to your floor. The Strata™ Weight Vest uses 750D Cordura with a padded interior and side slide-locks for micro-adjustments.
Strata™ plates come in 5, 7, 10, 15, and 20 lb pairs, plus precision 5.85 and 8.85 lb pairs that bring the 2.3 lb vest to exactly 14 or 20 lbs for functional fitness competition standards.
Gear up with the Strata™ Weight Vest.
Sandbags

A shifty sandbag will sneak up on you. The moving weight makes your core and grip work overtime to keep the load under control while doing cleans, carries, squats, get-ups, rows, lunges and even rucks. You can easily progress by adding more filler weight at any time.
Stone Sandbags 2.0 push the grip challenge further with a round shape and no handles, which is humbling in the best way.

Plyo Boxes

Plyo boxes get pigeonholed for just box jumps, but they can do so much more. Step-ups, Bulgarian split squats, incline push-ups, dips, hip thrusts, depth drops, and elevated stretching are all in the game, and it makes a perfectly good flat bench in a pinch too, especially for hip thrusts or elevated bridges. The Adjustable Plyo Box switches between 16, 20, and 24 inches in about 30 seconds and holds 400 lbs.
If your shins have taken enough abuse over the years, the 3-in-1 Soft Plyo Box wraps a wooden core in foam, so a missed rep costs you some pride instead of a strip of skin.
