Unboxing and setup can take around 2-3 hours. If the STEPR needs to be moved, we recommend installing the moving handles first.

The home use warranty includes coverage 10 years on the frame, 2 years for parts, and 1 year for labor. These warranties are serviced by STEPR and not REP.
