The symmetrical grip holes make it easy to pick up and move the plates, and the holes allow you to use individual plates in exercises. The embossed logo and weight markings with red inlay make for an attractive, sharp look.

FAQS

We do not recommend mixing any other plates with our bumpers because the nonuniform diameters can create uneven stress on the bar, which may damage it over time.

The Rubber Coated Olympic Plates are iron plates with a rubber coating. While the rubber coating adds durability and helps reduce noise, we do not recommend dropping iron plates, as it can damage the bar, the plates, and the floor.
