This is a legit shirt for weight training. Period. It is form fitting with just enough room in the abdomen so as to afford you a touch of a gut, if that’s your case. Those of us that are serious about health/fitness/strength really shouldn’t have one but my point is: that the shirt isn’t restrictive. It is incredibly comfortable, like baby soft…and it holds up against callous snags, squat bar abrasions, etc. I have 2 grey and 2 black now. Love em. Wouldn’t have purchased two more if they were BS.
