This functional trainer was very easy to assemble, although it did take some time. It was largely a one man job, I just needed some help getting the frame uprights together initially. The instructions were great, and to be perfectly honest, were a factor in tipping me towards the rep model instead of the Titan model, given so many of the Titan reviews talk about how poor the instructions are. Since I’ve had this functional trainer set up, it has been used on a daily basis, either by myself, my sons or my wife. Everyone has remarked how smooth the motion is on the cable stacks. I am particularly appreciative of the multi grip pull-up bar across the top. I didn’t think much about it when I was assembling the unit, however, it’s proven to be a really nice variation from regular straight bar pull-ups. And has been especially useful in helping recover from a shoulder injury. I’ve had the machine set up for about two months, which is enough of a sample size for me to say I unreservedly recommend it. It has a small footprint, it enables a very wide array of exercises. Is of exceptional build quality - practically commercial grade, and I anticipate it being an important part of my workout and self maintenance regimen moving forward.
