Change the functionality of your plate-loaded Adonis™ with this conversion kit. This allows you to have the added functionality of a selectorized system on top of the plate-loaded system on your Adonis™ cable tower. The selectorized stack allows for quick and easy adjustments between movements while still being able to add any additional weight on the weight horns.
The kit comes with 190lbs worth of plates which makes the weight stack 210lbs, starting at 20lbs, with 10lb weight jumps. How these jumps feel depends on whether you use the 1:1 cable (where 20lbs feels like 20lbs) or the 2:1 cable (where 20lbs feels like 10lbs). This kit also comes with a sticker pack to mark the weights and magnetized pin. The steel plates are machine-finished and hot-rolled for consistency.
