    Stable and soft enough

    Bought this for knee rehab and strength work. Very stable and safe enough that my kids can use it as well. Price was fair also.

    Exceptional quality

    I love this plyo box more than I expected to. The box is sturdy and feels safe. Went with the large because my husband is 6’5” 230 lbs. and he uses it too. The cover is high quality and makes all the difference for me.

    Great addition

    This has been a versatile addition to my training area. I use it for mobility drills, step ups, box squats, Bulgarian split squats, a seat for lat pulldowns, and my cat loves to sit on it and watch me while I train. Highly recommended.

    16”-18”-20”

    I have used it twice so far and really like it. Reasoning for four stars and not five , don’t know the quality yet, will see how long it last without tearing or any damage to the zippers and how well the material holds up.
