SHOWROOM + LOCAL PICK-UP FAQ

What percentage of REP's products are available at the Colorado showroom?

A large selection of the products from REP's website are available at the Lafayette showroom - including a dedicated space for commercial builds.

How does Local Pickup work?

Same-day pickup on select in-stock items, and free shipping home on all orders, the same as online.

What should I consider before visiting the showroom, and what do I need to bring?

Start with the fundamentals: your fitness goals, your available space, and your budget. Measure your current or planned home gym area, then browse our online catalogue ahead of time so you walk in knowing which racks, benches, or attachments you want to test.

Once you know what you're after, plan your vehicle around what you're taking home:

  • Smaller items: most standard vehicles will do.
  • Rack builds: bring a full-sized pickup truck or larger.
  • Functional trainers, Ares™ attachments, power racks, and other large equipment: plan for a truck and trailer.

Not sure what you'll need? Our showroom team or our Colorado-based customer support team can help you figure out the right setup before you drive out.

A few things to keep in mind: REP isn't liable for damage that happens during local pickup or the drive home, and our warehouse staff will use their best judgment when loading your vehicle to keep you, your vehicle, and your equipment safe.

Can't make it in person? Book a virtual consultation and we'll walk through goals, space, and budget with you directly.

What are my payment options?

We accept most debit cards, credit cards, PayPal and Affirm financing, and ApplePay. We are not able to accept cash or checks in our stores.
