OVERVIEW
Build out your power rack with the Lat and Low Row Attachment. This pulley system attaches to a PR-4000, PR-5000, Omni, or Apollo half rack to add cable exercises, including lat pull-down variations and seated rows. The system features a 1:1 ratio, which means a 10-pound weight will produce 10 pounds of actual resistance. The attachment comes with a lat bar and straight bar, as well as a foot plate to brace against during low rows.
The cables are high quality, made from galvanized wire with a raw steel core, and the pulleys are aluminum. Get the Lat and Low Row Attachment in two height options to fit different sized cages (80” and 93”). Each option will add 3" in height to your rack. Make sure you order the correct attachment for the height of your rack. Also, this add-on requires the Rear Base Stabilizer, which serves as an anchor point and removes the need to bolt down 41” depth racks.

How much height does the Lat and Low Row Attachment add to my power rack?
The Lat and Low Row Attachment adds 3” to the height of power racks.

How much depth does the Lat and Low Row Attachment add to my power rack?
The Lat and Low Row Attachment adds 27” of depth to power racks. We suggest leaving an additional 10” of clearance behind the attachment so there is space to load plates onto the carriage.

Does the 4000 Rear Base Stabilizer fit the PR-5000 and vice versa?
No, the 4000 Rear Base Stabilizer does not fit the 5000 series power rack. Vice versa, the 5000 Rear Base Stabilizer does not fit the 4000 series power rack.

Is the Lat and Low Row Attachment compatible with the HR-5000 V1?
Yes, you will just need to purchase the Lat and Low Row Spacers, as well. These spacers do require the Logo Plate Crossmember and Rear Base Stabilizer for compatibility.

Do you have to order the same attachment height as rack height?
Yes. If you order an 80” rack, the 93” Lat and Low Row Attachment will not be compatible. Vice versa, if you order a 93” rack, the 80” Lat and Low Row Attachment will not be compatible.

Do you really need the Rear Base Stabilizer?
Yes! This is not optional. The uniquely shaped Rear Base Stabilizer serves as an anchor point for the pulley system and foot plate.

What is the cable travel of the Lat Pulldown?
An 80" rack has approximately 52.1" of cable travel and a 93" rack has approximately 66.9" of cable travel. If the cables are pulled too far, then the trolley will hit the top pulley, and may cause damage.

Is this a stand-alone product?
No. The Plate-Loaded Lat Pulldown & Low Row (4000/5000 Series) is NOT a stand-alone product. It will need to be installed onto a compatible REP Rack (PR-4000 Power Rack and PR-5000 Power Rack) as it will not stand on its own.
