OVERVIEW
The Urethane Coated Equalizer Plates are REP’s top-tier, high-quality iron plate offering. The premium, commercial-grade urethane coating protects your equipment and helps minimize noise. This ultra-durable, odor-free coating is highly impact resistant and shock absorbent. Urethane-Coated Equalizers fit all standard, 2” barbells.
The cast iron plates feature an aesthetic and functional design, with six precision-cut, symmetrical grip holes that make the plates comfortable to maneuver and allow you to use individual plates in exercises. Add to that a clean, embossed logo and weight markings with white inlay, and these equalizers are the most attractive, urethane-encased plates available. The plates have a 3% weight tolerance. Plates are sold in standard-size pairs (2.5, 5, 10, 25, 35, and 45lbs), as well as six different sets (from 175 to 425lbs).

FAQS
-
Can Urethane Coated Equalizer Plates be used with bumpers?
We do not recommend mixing any other plates with our bumpers because the non-uniform diameters can create uneven stress on the bar, which may damage it over time.
-
Can Urethane Coated Equalizer Plates be dropped?
The Urethane Coated Equalizer Plates are iron plates with a urethane coating. While the urethane coating adds durability and helps reduce noise, we do not recommend dropping iron plates, as it can damage the bar, the plates, and the floor.
-
Do the Urethane Coated Equalizer Plates have a warranty?
Yes, 2.5 and 5lbs have a 5 year warranty, and the 10, 25, 35, and 45lbs have a lifetime warranty*.
