OVERVIEW
The REP AB-5000 Zero Gap is a robust, adjustable bench featuring REP’s patented zero-gap feature. Slide the seat forward and backward to eliminate the gap between the seat and back pad in all positions. This bench hits seven back angles (from flat to 90 degrees) and five seat angles (-15 to 45 degrees). Add the optional leg roller attachment for decline options all the way to -75 degrees. Easily and safely adjust angles with the anodized aluminum pop-pins.
The AB-5000 is hardcore, with an 11-gauge steel frame, durable paint, and the capacity for 1,000lbs. It’s built to enhance your lifts, with grooved rubber feet to keep the bench in place and thick, non-slip vinyl pads. Although it’s sturdy, it’s maneuverable, with a urethane grip handle and built-on wheels, protected by wheel guards to reduce tripping hazards. High-end features include laser-cut degree markings on the wear guard and a stainless-steel logo plate.

FAQS
-
Why would I choose the AB-5000 Adjustable Weight Bench?
REP’s unique zero-gap offering allows for an all-in-one bench. Quickly adjust the seat pad with a pop-pin to slide it forward and backward and eliminate any gap between the seat and back pad. The optional leg attachment opens up decline positioning and adds versatility.
-
What are the main differences between the AB-5000 and AB-5100?
The main difference between the 5000 and 5100 is the seat design. The AB-5000 Zero Gap eliminates the gap between the back and seat pads. The AB-5100 is a rock-solid bench that has a minimal pad gap. Both are commercial grade, but the simplicity of the seat design on the 5100 lends itself better to larger commercial gyms.
-
How do I properly adjust the AB-5000 Adjustable Weight Bench?
For adjustments, we suggest sliding the seat pad all the way out, adjusting the back pad, and then adjusting the seat pad back to the proper placement (zero gap).
